Friends Of Duke Street Transform Former Rose Garden Space

The Friends of Duke Street enjoyed a lovely session in the park yesterday, making the most of their final vegetation cut back before the autumn, as birds have already begun nesting.

After months of dedication and hard work through the colder weather, the group has successfully opened up the former rose garden, creating a much wider and more welcoming space for everyone to enjoy.

It is fantastic to see both regular members and new volunteers getting involved and helping to improve one of our valued green spaces here in Formby.
