Formby Mourns the Loss of Respected Physiotherapist Paul Chadwick

It is with great sadness that we share the news that Paul Chadwick, of Chadwick’s Physio, sadly passed away last week.

Many people across Formby and beyond will have known Paul personally, or benefited from his treatment, advice and support over the years. Through his dedication, compassion and commitment to helping others, Paul touched the lives of countless people in our community.

This announcement has been shared with us by a member of Paul’s family, who would like the community to be aware of his passing.

Funeral arrangements are currently being finalised and will be announced once details have been confirmed.
