Government requires Pharmacies to open on Good Friday and Easter Monday - All Formby opening hours h
During the Easter period, Formby works on a rota basis for which Pharmacy is open for the hour a day but this year, due to the pandemic it is slightly different.
The government have said: "Under the National Health Service (Amendments Relating to the Provision of Primary Care Services During a Pandemic etc.) Regulations 2020 and with agreement of the Secretary of State, we are requiring pharmacies in England to open from 2pm to 5pm on 10 April 2020 and 13 April 2020."
This means that all pharmacies will be open 2pm - 5pm on Good Friday and also Easter Monday.
Additionally, Ryders Chemist is also open on Saturday 11th April 9am -1pm and Easter Sunday 12noon - 1pm.
