Can you spare time to help your local community?

We are looking for volunteers to support the debt advice team in our Bootle Goddard Hall and Southport offices.

If you are able to volunteer at Bootle Goddard Hall you will need to commit to volunteering on either a Monday, Wednesday or Friday 9:30 – 3:30p.m.

If you are able to volunteer at our Southport office you will need to commit to volunteering on either a Tuesday or a Friday (hours to be arranged). The role will include assessing a client’s debt enquiry and supporting the debt advisers with their casework.

No prior experience required as training will be provided. You will need to have good communication skills and be able to use a computer confidently.
