Two men charged with burglary that took place in Windsor Road, Formby

In September last year (2018), a residential burglary was reported in Windsor Road, Formby. The occupier of the property had returned home and discovered the front door insecure. An untidy search of the house had been conducted, with items being stolen prior to the offenders leaving the scene.

A spokesman from Merseyside Police said: "James Donnelly aged 20 years has previously been arrested and charged for his involvement in the Burglary, however a second suspect had remained outstanding as 'Wanted' up until he was finally arrested on Monday 7th January 2019."

"I am pleased to report that the second male; Joseph Moran who is aged 24 years, has now also been charged with Burglary and has appeared in court."
