The Formby Club are a Private Members Club in Formby and are looking for a well presented, reliable, flexible, trustworthy and enthusiastic person with at least 2 years experience, who can work well as part of a team but is also capable of working alone.

Must be available for weekend work as well as during the week (afternoons and/or evenings). This role would suit a male or female who is looking for additional income (working or retired), or wanting to get back into a working environment.

Experience is required but training will be given to ensure a consistently high level of service is maintained.

Main duties will include:

To report for duty on time and in the correct uniform.
Welcoming and serving the members and their guests
To ensure that the bar area is kept clean at all times.
Ensure the accuracy of all floats by checking them and reporting irregularities.
You are responsible for the efficient dispensing and servicing of drinks and food if required.
Stocking up and ensuring stock rotation
Cashing up at end of shift
General bar duties
To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these.
To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
To attend all training courses as notified to you by management.
To carry out any other duties as may be notified to you by management.
To ensure that all fire doors are closed and that fire routes are kept clear at all times.
To be aware and comply with company policy regarding: Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care & Security.
