Queens Road/Ravenmeols Lane Level Crossing remains closed

Queens Road/Ravenmeols Lane Level Crossing still remains closed. The work is being carried out by BT to install duct for Open Reach and started on Monday 22nd October and are due to be completed by Friday 26th October. The road is closed from the junction with Andrew’s Lane to the junction with Formby Street on Queen’s Road. Diversions remain in place. Fortunately the schools are on half term this week which has been a blessing with this crossing closed. BT works: FORMBY 547499, 547365 - NEW SITE PROVISION – Lay approx 12m of Duct 54/56 in carriageway to link existing BT Boxes to facilitate spine cabling works and also clear blockage and rod rope.
