Formby Junior Sports Club is pleased to report that a very successful start has been made to the new

FRANK'S REPORT - 15/10/2017 15 Oct, 2017

As half term approaches Formby Junior Sports Club is pleased to report that a very successful start has been made to the new season.

The combination of football for everyone at Inter Club together with opportunities for coaching has once again proved to be very popular with large attendances each Saturday morning.

All thirty-one Representative teams have all enjoyed the competitive element of league. There have been nineteen boys’ teams and twelve girls’ teams.

There are now over four hundred and thirty club members this season. This includes over eighty new members and a girls’ membership that is close to reaching one hundred and fifty.

We would like to see more children join FJSC and new members are very welcome in all Inter Club age groups.

INTER CLUB SECTION

Two hundred and sixty-three children came along to Inter Club last Saturday and at 11am the Girls’ Section numbers were a staggering one hundred and fourteen. This was the highest number so far this season and just proves how popular Girls’ Football is at FJSC.
