We are looking for confident and proactive individuals who have the drive and ambition to exceed sales targets and hit the ground running.
In return you will receive a basic salary with a great commission structure, working hours to suit across 5 days, working days negotiable.
In this role you’ll grow recruitment advertising revenue. You’ll own the process from end to end, by formulating and delivering an appropriate business development strategy, and pitching clients over the phone and also face-to-face.
You’ll maximise revenues by partnering with new and existing clients, to create and sell just the right recruitment advertising solutions to fulfil each of their unique needs.
Your entrepreneurial zeal and creative flair will help you explore ideas for fresh advertising products and unusual campaigns, across all our platforms.
We will give you all the support and training you need to help you hit your revenue targets – not just when you first join, but on an ongoing basis as your progress in your career with us.
In return, we’ll expect you to be a self-starter with the drive, commercial acumen and self-discipline to consistently hit your sales targets and steadily grow revenues. You’ll be buzzing with enthusiasm, itching to pick up the phone for the next sales call, and bursting with innovative ideas.
We’re looking for you to have a proven track record in sales, preferably within media or recruitment advertising.
The role involves:
Deliver a highly professional sales presentation to potential clients both over the phone and in person if necessary.
Confidently sell advertising space in our very popular local newspaper
Understand the customer’s financial position in buying advertising space and introduce them to products and services.
Update the database for customers and organise adverts with the graphics team through to completion.
Implement local marketing initiatives as part of achieving your own personal targets.
