Volunteers needed for Citizens Advice Formby

Can you spare time to help your local community? Citizens Advice Sefton is looking for people to volunteer as telephone assessors at our Formby office. As a volunteer telephone assessor you will respond to enquiries from people seeking advice and you will help them find a way forward.

You will need to commit to 6 hours volunteering per week on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 9am – 3pm Full training is provided, you just need to have good telephone skills and be able to use a computer confidently. Any travelling expenses incurred will be reimbursed.
