The school council at Redgate Primary had a very exciting day yesterday

The school council at Redgate Primary had a very exciting day yesterday. They were invited by the Mayor of Sefton to visit his chambers after collecting christmas gifts for the Mayors christmas toy appeal. The children travelled to the town hall in Bootle where they took part in the mayors quiz within his chambers. They then also got to try on the mayors robes and chains before handing over the gifts they had collected from their fellow students at Redgate Primary. The school council would like to say a huge thank you to the mayor and all the wonderful staff they met at the town hall.
