Give Rosie a chance she isn't vicious she is just scared

Dear Bubble, ! I have two puppies who are both black with white chests. However one of them came to us from a not so great home, and is very anxious of strangers! We are trying to help her through this, but because she expresses her fear by barking, growling and occasionally lunging, she's often mistaken for aggressive. In reality, she's very scared. She would really appreciate it if instead of having fingers wagged at her and being shouted at to "be quiet", you could approach slowly, and her human will give you a treat to offer to her. Once she knows you aren't a threat she is the sweetest little girl. Her name is Rosie. Please give her a chance, she deserves it.
