Ambulance caused traffic chaos in Formby
In response to many emails about the ambulance in the village today that caused traffic chaos on Chapel Lane this afternoon about 4pm.
North West Ambulance were called to Iceland after an elderly man collapsed in one of the aisles.
The paramedics attended and it was discovered that the man was diabetic which was the cause of his collapse. The ambulance was there for about half an hour.
We do hope the elderly man was alright.
