Formby has free Wifi in Chapel Lane....

A lot of people have asked us about the Formby Wifi. There is now a free wifi in Formby which is free for just 15 minutes out of any one day. If you want it for longer than that, you have to pay for it. It is supplied by Wifi Spark and they charge £3.60 per hour or £6.00 per day, £12.00 per week or £23.60 per month

It operates in Chapel Lane under the Wifi Spark Tag. The aim is to provide Formby, its businesses and residents an opportunity to access the internet as they go about their tasks whether it is for pleasure or trade. It is confined to Chapel Lane into Brows Lane and the short distance to Waitrose store and along Halsall Lane, as far as Furness Avenue. This was organised and set up by the brilliant Formby Parish Council who have said that this is the best they can afford.
