We sadly announce the passing of much loved Formby man, Derek Postlethwaite.

Derek passed away peacefully with his family on 10th April. Derek was a much loved formby man, husband of Sue, dad of Laura and Grandad of Isla and Ada.

Derek worked at Formby Golf Club for over 40 years, and enjoyed racing his pigeons.

Derek will be sadly missed by all.

Dereks funeral will be held on Tuesday 30th April at St. Peter’s Church, Formby, L37 7DL at 2pm

This will be followed by Southport crematorium PR8 5JQ at 3pm.

Following the service, a gathering to celebrate Dereks life will take place at The Freshfield Pub in #Formby at 4pm.
