We present… Stephanie Macnab’s Suburban art “Happy Homes”, a little less guerrilla, a LOT more FUN!

Buyers and sellers alike will be familiar with Stephanie Macnab’s iconic Sold boards in and around Formby, and for the next 30 days, starting on Friday 24th, we will be celebrating our continued success with a bit of fun in and around the area.

We have collaborated with one of our local primary schools, St Luke’s CofE Formby, to make a series of colourful house tiles, made and painted by the children. A great big thank you to them.

We’ll be awarding a prize to the top 3 Happy Homes as judged by the ever expanding team her at Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents, pictures to follow!

Every day for the next 30 days we will be hiding and photographing one of the little “Happy Homes”, posting the pictures on our social media feeds on Facebook and Instagram, and encouraging residents and their children to seek out these little hidden gems– House Hunting for fun!...

With the property market remaining buoyant, some might say it will beeasier to find one of our “Happy Homes” than find a real home in Formby at the moment!

We would encourage everyone who finds one to post a picture on social media with the hashtag #SMHappyHomes and #stephaniemacnabestateagents

You are free to leave them where you find them, take them home or bring them in to the office in exchange for a small sweet treat! (Spoiler alert - It’s probably a bag of Haribo or an Easter Egg!).
