Come along and volunteer with Citizens Advice Sefton!

Volunteers are urgently needed to support our telephone advice service. No previous experience is required as you will be offered a comprehensive programme of training for the role.

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds, including Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) volunteers, disabled volunteers, LGBT volunteers and non-binary volunteers. You do not need any specific qualifications, but you will need to have basic IT skills, be friendly and approachable, be a good listener, and have a respect for views, values and cultures that are different from your own.
