• Great communication and organisation skills
• Reliability, positivity, and enthusiasm
• Full time: 4 days a week between 8:00 and 18:30
• Part time: 2 full days minimum
• Some Saturday mornings (8:00 to 12:30) on a fair rotation
What You’ll Get (aka: the good stuff) ✨
• Full training and one-to-one support while you settle in
• A warm, close-knit team where your voice matters
• Room to grow your skills in client care, admin, and veterinary support
• Staff discounts, wellbeing support, and a team that actually supports each other
• Daily furry greetings, lots of laughter, and yes… plenty of cake
Why You’ll Love It Here 💚

We don’t do blame culture. We do openness.
