It’s Sunday 16th November and the gritters have already been spotted across Formby, preparing our roads ahead of what is expected to be the first proper frost of the season.
Cloud cover will continue to clear this evening, Formby is set for a cold night. Drivers and early-morning walkers should be aware of a risk of icy patches, especially on untreated side roads, cycle paths and shaded spots near the pinewoods.
