We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and proactive Office Manager to join our front-facing team in a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation. Working alongside our experienced part-time Office Manager, you will help lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy school office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your professional skills in a supportive and dynamic setting that values collaboration, growth and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for all written, verbal and face-to-face communications
• Liaise confidently and sensitively with children, parents, staff, and external stakeholders
• Support the smooth and efficient running of the office and administrative functions
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to a positive team culture

You will also undertake the role of Clerk to the Governing Body, which includes preparing agendas and minutes, providing administrative support, advising on governance procedures, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
