Please donate to help Formby Cricket Club get a new groundsmens shed and also for charity Opening Up

Formby Cricket Club are doing a fundraising event on Good Friday 2nd April, A 24 hour walk around the cricket field, to raise funds for the club and also for ‘Opening Up’, a mental health association within cricket.

Formby CC 1XI captain James Seward and new recruits Ryan Brown and Calum Turner will be doing a continuous 24 hour walk around Formby CC to raise £2000 for the club. This is in order to build a new groundsmen’s shed that stores vital ground equipment used year-round. The old shed is beyond repair and is inappropriate for storing machinery. They will be also raising money for Opening Up, a local mental health charity, whose aim is to promote mental well-being and suicide prevention through Cricket.
