It is with great sadness, after a short illness that we announce the passing of Dr A Youell ( Known to most as Tony Youell ) on the morning of 28th September.
A well respected General Practitioner, Senior Partner at Chapel Lane Surgery and at Duke Street Surgery.
He was surrounded at home by his loving wife Hazel and son Benjamin.
Funeral details as follows:
Tuesday 18th October at Our Lady’s Of Compassion Church, School Lane, Formby. The funeral procession will be stopping at his old surgery on Chapel Lane.
There will be a private cremation for family.
Family flowers only but donations to Queenscourt Hospice, Southport. Thankyou.
