Local talent Daniel Grimes, a Year 7 student at Range High School in #Formby has achieved remarkable success by playing a pivotal role in Liverpool FC’s Under-13 team victory at the prestigious Elite Neon Cup 2025 in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The tournament, held from March 1st to 3rd, featured top youth teams from across Europe, including renowned clubs like Paris Saint-Germain FC and Chelsea FC.

Liverpool FC’s U13 squad showcased exceptional skill and determination throughout the competition, maintaining an unbeaten record. The climax of their campaign came in the final against FSHM Moscow, where they secured a thrilling 4-2 victory after extra time.
