Formby’s 7x Champion John Youssef Takes the Stage at the PCA British Finals!

Formby’s very own John Youssef — 7-time bodybuilding champion, Masters athlete, and owner of Youssef Strength — is set to take the stage tomorrow, Sunday 19th October, at the PCA British Finals in Telford.

With seven championship titles already under his belt, John now faces the biggest contest of his career as he competes for the ultimate crown — the British Champion title. Months of dedication, discipline, and determination have led to this moment, and now, as John says, there’s “nothing left but the stage.”

As well as being a top-level athlete, John runs Youssef Strength right here in Formby, helping clients transform their fitness and mindset. He’s also the founder of The Bodybuilding University, an online community that inspires and educates aspiring bodybuilders across the UK.
