Formby couple plan Hollywood Ball to raise funds for Rainbow Hub
Formby couple, Lisa and Paul Maddison, are delighted to be able to plan a spectacular ball for Rainbow Hub, the charity supporting children and young people with physical and neurological disabilities where their daughter, Katie (15) has attended conductive education for the past 14 years.
The couple were not able to go ahead with their annual event last year due to the pandemic but this year’s Hollywood Ball, sponsored by Luke Martin, MD of TFS Group will be a fantastic evening with many guests, who have attended the event year on year, returning.
The Ball will be held in the Ambassador Suite at Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa on 18th September 2021 when guests will enjoy a four course dinner followed by live entertainment from The Wickermen.
A raffle and live auction will be held as well as the opportunity to win a 1.5ct diamond jewellery set donated by HSBC. The highlight of the evening will be a captivating dance routine, specifically created for the event by talented choreographer Emma Lippitt and will be performed by ‘The Hollywood Hotties’ comprising 16 guests.
In addition to the generous support provided by TFS Group the event will benefit from table sponsorship from local businesses such as McG Consultancy Services; Paws ‘n’ Claws; Edmund Bell; Normac Shipping; Purple Kitchens and Last Act. Floral arrangements will be donated by Flowerstyle by Laurie and HSBC are supporting the event through match funding and prize donations.
Lisa Maddison said: “We are so looking forward to a fantastic evening and special thanks to Luke Martin of TFS Group for his continued support which is so crucial to the charity and enables them to continue to provide their life-enhancing therapies to disabled young people throughout the North-West.
