FCFC Partners with TEECH to send support to the Ukraine.

It’s clear that whilst the Ukraine invasion is being handled by politicians from all sides, a clear & urgent humanitarian need is fast emerging. If, like us, it's been stomach churning to watch refugees head West with only a suitcase (or even less) to their name, then maybe you can help?

As a UK registered charity (Charity Number 1186194), and in support of that humanitarian need, we are proud to step up. FCFC has partnered with the long established TEECH Charity and we are inviting you - our Fantastic Formby Community - to head down to Deansgate Lane Playing fields this Saturday 5th March and Saturday 12th March between 9am and 12 noon with any of the following donations to send to Ukrainian refugees.

Nappies

Wipes

Baby, toddler and pre-school age clothes

Blankets.

Ladies sanitary products

Personal hygiene products

Clothes.

Tinned and dried food

.....Cash donations would also be accepted

FCFC will arrange delivery of any items/cash donated to the charity TEECH (Charity number 1074765) who have a lorry leaving Liverpool in two weeks, heading to Moldova on the Ukrainian border to support the tens of thousands of incoming refugees.

FCFC proudly stands with Ukraine and knows that many in our wider community share that sentiment and will want to help those less fortunate than themselves. We hope Saturday morning provides an easy and accessible opportunity for you to get involved and show your support too.
