Catherine's family would like to thank everyone for all the kind messages of sympathy, cards of condolence, telephone calls and donations received for the benefit of Freshfields Animal Rescue.
Thank you to Reverend Mark Stanford of Holy Trinity Church, Formby for conducting a lovely service, the staff on Ward 14B Southport and Ormskirk District Hospital for their care and kindness. The Formby Club for their warm hospitality and The Lunch Hour for the excellent catering service.
