A 48 year-old man arrested and charged for a racially aggravated public order in Formby. Stuart Nairn (48) from Southport was arrested on 7th November in relation to two incidents that took place in October and November. One of racially aggravated public order that took place in Formby and a second incident of harassment motivated by hate, that took place in Southport. Stuart Nairn was charged with both offences.
