Volunteers needed for Citizens Advice across Sefton
Citizens Advice Sefton are expanding their telephone advice service because of increased demand by the public for help and information with regard to a wide range of subjects, including benefits, consumer and employment.
Obviously in order for us to offer these services, we need volunteers! Are you free?
We are looking for volunteers to train as telephone assessors to support the telephone service in our Bootle Goddard Hall office.
The volunteering opportunity is available on either a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 9:30am – 2:00pm OR 2:00pm – 4:30pm.
No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Volunteers will need to have good communication skills, be able to use a computer confidently, as well as having good telephone skills.
