Local Elections will be held from 7am on Thursday 3rd May 2018. Here is a list of all the candidates

The Local Government elections will be held this Thursday 3rd May 2018. Polling stations throughout Formby will be open from 7am - 10pm.

You will be able to vote for your preferred candidate for Harrington Ward and Ravenmeols and also residents of Harington Ward will get the opportunity to exercise an extra vote which will be for the Parish Council.

Derek Baxter - Formby Residents Action Group

Keith Cawdron - Lib Dems

Denise Dutton - Conservatives

Carol Richards - Labour

Harington’s 2013 population is estimated to be 13,601 people. There are a total of 5,693 residential properties in Harington.

Ravenmeols

Maria Bennett - Formby Residents Action Group

Nina Killen - Labour

Gemma Peace - Conservatives

Mark Senior - Lib Dems

Ravenmeols’ 2013 population is estimated to be 10,000 people. There are a total of 4,280 residential properties in Ravenmeols.

Formby Parish Council vacancy

At the forthcoming local elections on Thursday 3rd May, residents of Harington Ward will get the opportunity to exercise an extra vote. Following the recent resignation of Cllr Mike Coles, the Parish Council is seeking a replacement.
