Emma was in the 'Dog House' for 13hrs in Formby for Red Nose Day
On Tuesday 21st march, Emma Fraser who works at West Lancs Canine Centre in Formby spent 13 hours (8am till 9pm) locked in one of the kennels for Red Nose Day.
Emma said: "I'm raising money for Red Nose Day on Tuesday 21st march. I'm a single mum of three children and two dogs. I work for the company K9 Comforts that is linked with West Lancs Canine Centre in Formby, where we specialise in dog training, dog agility, Doggy day care and home boarding."
"To raise money for comic relief, I was locked in one of our dog kennels for a total of 13 hours at our centre based in Formby, from 8am on Tuesday 21st until 9pm in the evening. People came to say hello and have a chat to me. It went really well but was very cold. I had a few different dogs keeping me company and a good book!"
"We have raised £365 so far which is really good. Some people came along and made a donation on the day and we also have a just giving page which you will find here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Emma-Fraser15
Emma went on to say: "I did this fundraising event as I know how important comic relief is, raising money to change countless lives, both here in the U.K and across Africa."
