SSAFA Veterans are preparing to hold a parade & event for this years Armed Forces Day

SSAFA is the UK’s oldest national Tri Service Military Charity and it stands for

Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association and was founded in 1885 by

Major James Gildea. They provide lifelong support to anyone who is currently serving or has ever served in the Royal Navy, British Army or the Royal Air Force. We are ready to help you and your family, whenever and wherever you need us.

Day which is to be held on Sunday 25th

June. They are very proud to be organising it

again this year and are gearing up for the big day.

All Veterans are welcome including any in wheel chairs & scooters. If you have

served in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces regulars and reservists of all ages to take part

in the parade.
