Top city DJs including Mark Ingham and Ex-on-the-beach star Mel Reeves are set to host an U18's Clubnight aimed at promoting safe clubbing among teenagers.
The event, to be held at Shorrocks Hill Formby, is designed to show teens looking forward to turning 18 that they can enjoy themselves without alcohol. Since starting HangOut in December the event has gone from strength to strength locking out on all there 5 events.
Organised by Mark Ingham and business partner Mark Lynch, tickets are already on sale, with hundreds of young clubbers expecting to be at there next HangOut on Friday 27th May.

Looking forward to the event Mr Ingham said: “We have come together and thought what can we do for the kids? We have lots of young people who we thought we could do something for by bringing all of the local DJs together.
"We just wanted to give them something they could go to where it’s safe and they can experience the sort of thing we experience but in a safe, alcohol-free environment... Hopefully it might educate them for when they do start going out, and they realise they can go out and have a good time without alcohol. That’s what we are promoting – I can’t wait, to be honest.”
Organisers say the hype for HangOut has been incredible and the messages they receive after each event have been overwhelming. Revealing his reasons for supporting the event, city club boss Mark Lynch added: “I’ve been in the club game since I was young with my family for over 18s events and feel like it’s great to contribute to the younger generation.
“The music industry is a major influence at the moment and a big part of my life. I want to share it with kids who don’t get the chance to go to these events.”
Doors will open for Hang Out at 6pm, with the event due to finish at 10pm. You can purchase tickets online @ Skiddle.com or you can pay on the door £10 Standard £15 VIP. The HangOut Team don't cut any corners when it comes to safety on the night with SIA Door Supervisors - NHS First Aid Medics and a regular Police presence.
