This Formby pub has become available, and reports say that it is often frequented by Premier League footballers.

The Pinewoods, situated on Wicks Green, is on the market for offers around around £120,000 for the leasehold.

It has a large lounge with seating for around 100 people, as well as an outdoor seating area which space for 50.

Formby is a well known haunt of various Premier League footballers and their WAGs, with residents including Steven and Alex Gerrard, at least until their big move to L.A.
