Garden Fete at St Joseph's on 2nd July

St Joseph’s Garden Fete is a very busy and popular event in Formby.

The Friends of St Joseph’s are hosting their annual Garden Fete on Sunday 2nd July between 1pm and 4pm which is the highlight of the year for their fundraising efforts. The event is hosted within the beautiful grounds of St Joseph’s at Blundell Avenue, Formby, L37 1PH.

Building on past successes, this year will be a fantastic event for the whole family. There will be many stalls, games, low tech activities, kiddies corner, face painting, Formby Vikings Skiffle Band, Irish dancers, Belles and Beaus choir, Birds of Prey, Bottles, Tombola, St Jerome’s and their many stalls and refreshments…. And so much more!

The Friends of St Joseph’s are a group of volunteers working to enhance the lives of the people who live at St Joseph’s and the people who attend Fernley Resource Centre for day care. This wonderful group of people are made up of families, staff and Friends of St Joseph’s and have over 40 years history and are a charity in their own right. The Friends work tirelessly all year to raise funds and projects funded have included a state of the art hydrotherapy pool, conservatory, BBQ area, greenhouse and provide entertainment for people of St Joseph’s to enjoy.
