Dear Councillors,
I wrote to you in July to outline a project to improve flood risk management in Formby. Since that letter we have met with the community to the discuss the project. The note from the meetings is attached.
We will be meeting with the Parish Council on 20th October to present the project to them and discuss their involvement.
We are holding a second meeting with the community on the 22nd October at the Gild Hall, 4:30 to 6:30pm, you are more than welcome to attend. I’d be grateful if you could let us know if you can attend the meeting. I've attached a copy of the letter that went out to the residents. If this isn't suitable for you I'm happy to meet to discuss the project with you another time.
Regards
Paul Wisse
