Two people stabbed in Formby last night

At approximately 9:15pm yesterday - Friday 25th September, there were two stabbings in Formby. We have been informed that one person was stabbed in the head and the back. A second person was stabbed repeatedly five times and suffered a punctured lung.

The Police and ambulance attended the scene at the back of the shops on Harington Road just off Wicks Green.

We have been informed that both men were taken to Fazakerley hospital and that their injuries are not life threatening.

We are not sure of anything else at this time but, will keep you updated when we find out more.
