New family run coffee shop to open in Formby

There is a brand new coffee shop due to open on Saturday 3rd October in Formby Village. It is a family run business offering home made delights and afternoon teas with a twist. There will be freshly baked cakes, speciality breads and hot and cold food for all the family.

The shop will be in the old Cup & Cake shop in Brows Lane but, It will be a brand new name of which we cannot reveal just yet. It will be run by Mother and Daughter Ilona and Gemma.

Gemma Hulme to Formby Bubble - 8 September

Here at the coffee shop formerly known in formby as " cup & cake" you will find a small family business run by Mother and daughter Ilona and Gemma. Everyday you will find Gemma hard at work baking lots of home made delights and twists on cream and afternoon teas. Not forgetting the little people we have lots of surprises planned.

We will be bringing to Formby a warm family welcome to the coffee shop with freshly baked home made artisan cakes, cup cakes, speciality breads, hot and cold food made with all locally sourced ingredients.

We will also be catering for people with food intolerances and allergies. Our coffee is a special blend unique to us in addition we will also be bringing to you speciality teas for the tea lovers among us.

We hope to make lots of new friends and hope you will join us on this exciting journey. We can't wait to meet everyone.
