A SEVEN-year-old boy - Tylor Bradshaw walks nearly 8 miles for charity
A very proud mum, Debbie Bradshaw has told us of her seven year old son - Tylor Bradshaw who wanted to go on a quest to raise money for charity.
It all started when Tylor asked his mum "Mum, what is charity?"
Debbie explained all about it to him. She said "after I explained to him, he got it in his head that he wanted to raise money for a charity." Debbie told him of a few different charities and he picked the Guide Dogs.
Debbie explained a few different ideas that he could do to raise money for his chosen charity and he decided to do a walk from Southport to Formby. At only seven years old, this was quite a goal so he started getting sponsors and made a date for his walk.
The walk from Southport to Formby took six and a half hours to complete covering over seven and a half miles. Tylors feet were really sore and he was really tired but, he did it!
Well done Tylor! He managed to raise £250 for the Guide Dogs
What an achievemant for a seven year old boy. The Liverpool branch of the Guide Dogs have now invited Tylor over to give the money himself. Tylor, will present a cheque to Liverpool Guide Dogs accompanied by his mum Debbie.
Tylors mum and nan, who is from Formby, are so very proud of him.
Well done Tylor from all at Formby Bubble.
