Toby Carvery are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team at Formby Toby Carvery Formby is within easy reach of Little Altcar, Ainsdale and Little Crosby, plus it's just down the road from Southport on the A565. We're close to a number of popular attractions around Liverpool. You'll be sure to appreciate our famous carvery whether you join us before taking in the seaside delights of Southport, or after exploring the miles of sandy beaches and pinewoods nearby. This is a very exciting opportunity to join the Toby Carvery team and the wider Mitchells & Butlers group. What you’ll do in this role As an Assistant Manager you’ll ensure that standards of food and service are consistently excellent, together with taking responsibility for training the pub team. You’ll stay calm under pressure, thinking on your feet to overcome operational challenges. We’ll help you take your first step into management and support you to develop through our award-winning Assistant Manager Programme.
