Has anyone lost this cat?

Has anyone lost this cat. It's been hanging around my house for last few days, just found it in my recycling box, starving. I'm not one to feed stray cats but this one is starving and it's got bad infection in its eyes. I have 6 cats so don't want to upset either this one or mine by taking it in. It's friendly enough but did hiss at me when I tried to touch it. I'm on Lancaster road
