Southport man in Hospital with fractured skull following Halloween Party Brawl....

A Southport man is in Hospital with a fractured skull following a Halloween Party Fight over a mobile phone.

The emergency services were called to Birkdale Conservative Club, Liverpool Road, Birkdale Village, Southport, last night (Friday 31st October 2014) following reports of a disturbance at a Halloween Party.

One male was taken to hospital with a suspected fractured skull and broken jaw after being involved in a brawl.

Police took down statements from people who attended the party then cordoned off the scene.

Forensics have carried out an investigation and are currently shifting through CCTV footage.
