Two unexploded Bombs should put a stop to the Andrews Lane development

In 1941, over 100 bombs were dropped in Formby and on Marsh Farm in particular which comprises a significant part of the Andrews Lane development site and next to the Powerhouse Crossing (of the railway) Hoggs Hill Lane Formby. Two of the unexploded bombs were never recovered and are still underground on the site. This would obviously compromise any future development of 95 houses wouldn't it? It seems not.
