The Raffle draw will be held on the Saturday before Christmas outside the Formby Book Shop in Halsall Lane near M&S. The plan is to throw a bowler hat in the air for a member of the public to catch and whoever catches the hat can do the Raffle Draw. Good Luck everyone.
